H.A.C.C Client Touring Program 2012 (Goodes Coaches)

For HACC Clients. Frail aged or disabled have first trip preference at all times, with any other vacant seats being available for seniors who are transport disadvantaged.

Tumbarumba Day Tour
Monday 19th March 2012

Payment Due: 28th Feb 2012"

Depart Tumut at 8.30am to Boggy Creek for 2 hour mountain stockman horse and dog skills show. Includes morning tea then to lunch at Pioneer Women's Hut then tour of Tumbarumba at own pace and return after short Sugar Pine viewing/walk. Due back at Tumut 4.00pm.

Tour Cost: $35 coach, show and morning tea

Trip No 2

Bundanoon is Brigadoon Scottish Festival
Friday 20th & Saturday 21st April 2012

Payment Due: 23rd March 2012

Depart Tumut Friday 20th April at 9am
And travel to Berrima for some free time and lunch. While in Berrima we have time for a guided tour. After lunch we make our way through the Southern Highlands to the township of Bowral where we will check into the Briars Country Lodge and Historical Inn for our night's accommodation.
Dinner tonight will be at the Club Bowral, which is at your own expense, breakfast the following morning will be hot and cold country buffet at Briars Country Lodge (included).

Saturday 21st April
We depart the motel this morning at 8:30 am to arrive in Bundanoon nice and early for all the festivities. You are free to wander and watch whatever activities interest you.
4.00pm Final Massed Bands Display & Closing Ceremony - Lone Piper
At 4:30 pm meet the coach and begin the journey home with a meal break (own expense) along the way. We should arrive home late this evening at approximately 8:30 pm

Tour Cost:Twin share $130.00, coach, T/s accom, breakfast.

Trip No 3

CHRISTMAS IN JULY
Wednesday 25th July 2012

Depart Tumut at 10.30am and travel to Tumbarumba where we will arrive at Elms Restaurant and enjoy a scrumptious 2 course Christmas in July feast of Traditional Roast Dinner and Christmas pudding with Bon Bon's and all the festive decorations, with tea and coffee included arriving back in Tumut at approximately 3.30 pm

Tour Cost: $40 coach and lunch.

Trip No 4

Wagga Day Tour / Kapooka Band
Wednesday 1st August 2012

Payment Due: Payment Due: 18th July 2012

Depart Tumut at 8.30am and drive to Wagga Civic Theatre for Kapooka Band Concert at noon. After concert passenger will have free time where they will be picked up and dropped off at Sturt Mall until departure from Wagga at 4.00pm arriving Tumut about 5.30pm.

Tour Cost: $10 coach.

3 Day Beechworth Tour
Tuesday 11th - Thursday 13th Sept 2012

Depart Tumut, 7.30am to Beechworth and commence 3 day tour program arriving back at Tumut about 5.30pm Thursday 13th.

Day 1 Tuesday 11th September:
Depart Tumut and travel to Holbrook - morning tea and visit to the Submarine Museum. Travel to Beechworth - Free time for browsing shops and lunch at own expense. Guided sightseeing tour of Beechworth, tour of Courthouse with re enactment, tour of Beechworth Honey. Arrive at the Motel for dinner & accom.

Day 2 Wednesday 12th September:Beechworth to Bright.
Guided tour of Beechworth Gaol, 1 hour visit to the Deer and Emu Farm. (include morning tea)Onto Bright - Free time for browsing shops and lunch at own expense. Visit to Old Tobacco Shed and Museum. Visit to Brown Bros at Milawa with talk and tastings.

Day 3 Thursday 13th September: Beechworth to Tumut
Depart motel 9.30 am. Free time for browsing shops and morning tea at own expense in Yackandandah. Visit to Bandiana Military Museum. Lunch at own expense. Arrive Tumut late afternoon approx 5.30 pm

Tour Cost: $250.00 T/s accom, includes coach, entry to all attractions, DBB x 2 nights, 1 morn tea.

Trip No 6

South Coast Tour 3 Days/2 Nights Tuesday 13th - Thursday 15th November 2012

Day 1 - Tue 13th November: Depart Tumut at 8.00am
stopping for morning tea along the way. We travel through to Bowral where we have time to wander and also to find some lunch then a tour of Bowral, then to the picturesque Kangaroo Valley. We then head to Kiama to arrive at Kiama Cove Motel for check in. 6.00pm for 6.30pm: Depart motel to dinner venue.

Day 2 - Wednesday 14th November:
Depart motel for sightseeing through Gerringong and Gerroa. Arrive in Berry for a tour of the Treat Factory, then stopping in Berry for lunch at your expense. After lunch we continue our touring back to Kiama where the afternoon is free for you to explore at your own leisure the town centre or maybe even enjoy a rest. 6.00pm for 6.30pm: Depart motel to dinner venue.

Day 3 - Thursday 15th November:
Check out and departure from Kiama Cove Motel. Today we head back into the escarpment for a visit to the newly completed Illawarra Fly Treetop Walk. We have time to enjoy the scenic views provided by the elevated walk before continuing our journey back into the South Highlands with our lunch stop at the famous Robertson Pie Shop at your expense. After lunch we start our journey home, travelling down the Hume Freeway to arrive at Tumut later that afternoon.

Tour Cost: $240.00 includes T/s accom, continental breakfasts, entries, tours, 1 afternoon tea, dinner each night, coach.
